Sunday: Irish Wake Shot

Build Steps

  1. Add 0.5 oz Espresso to a Boston shaker.

  2. Add 0.5 oz Kahlúa.

  3. Add 0.5 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey last.

  4. Add standard cubed ice.

  5. Shake hard for 10–15 seconds.

  6. Strain into a skull shot glass.

  7. Add Guinness float on top.

  8. Finish with a dollop of whipped cream.

Monday: Lemon Drop Shot

Build Steps

  1. Rim the shot glass with sugar.

  2. Add 0.5 oz house Lemon Sour to a Boston shaker.

  3. Add 0.25 oz Simple Syrup.

  4. Add 0.25 oz Triple Sec.

  5. Add 0.75 oz vodka last.

  6. Add standard cubed ice.

  7. Shake hard for 10–15 seconds.

  8. Strain into the shot glass.

Tuesday: White Gummy Bear Shot

Build Steps

  1. Add 0.25 oz house Lime Sour to a Boston shaker.

  2. Add a splash of Blackberry Syrup.

  3. Add 0.75 oz DeKuyper Peachtree Schnapps.

  4. Add 0.75 oz Whipped Cream Vodka last.

  5. Add standard cubed ice.

  6. Shake hard for 10–15 seconds.

  7. Strain into a skull shot glass.

  8. Top with a small splash of Sprite.

Wednesday: Green Tea Shot

  1. Add 0.5 oz Pineapple Juice to a Boston shaker.

  2. Add 0.5 oz Sweet Cream.

  3. Add 0.5 oz Midori.

  4. Add 0.5 oz Malibu Coconut Rum last.

  5. Add standard cubed ice.

  6. Shake hard for 10–15 seconds.

  7. Strain into a skull shot glass.

  8. Top with a small hit of whipped cream.
