What can I expect from Ghost Stories in the Cellar?

Step beneath downtown Boise into The Voodoo Cellar, where candlelight flickers and eerie tales come alive. Your host will guide you through a spine-tingling, four-part interactive storytelling and cocktail experience, blending craft mixology with haunting local legends.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The event takes place indoors in the intimate underground Voodoo Cellar venue.

How long does the experience last?

Each night’s experience lasts approximately 75–90 minutes.

Is there air conditioning?

Yes — the venue is comfortably climate-controlled.

Is the experience accessible for deaf guests?

Yes.

Are there accessibility options for someone visually impaired?

Unfortunately not at this time.

Will there be strobe lights?

No strobe lighting is used.

Will food and beverage be available on site?

Yes — signature themed cocktails and select appetizers are included in your ticket. Additional drinks may be available for purchase before the show.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Photos are welcome, but please be respectful and avoid disturbing other guests. Professional cameras, flashes, or tripods are not permitted.

Are there chairs available?

Yes — this is a fully seated experience.

Will restrooms be available?

Yes.

ACCESS

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

Please arrive at your scheduled time. Doors open 15 minutes prior to the start of each session.

What happens if I arrive late?

Late arrivals will be seated as soon as possible.

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

Pets are not allowed, but service animals are welcome.

Is there an age requirement?

Yes — 21+ with valid ID.

Is the venue ADA compliant?

Yes.

Is there parking available?

There are several paid parking lots and street parking options near Voodoo Cellar in downtown Boise.

What if the weather is bad?

No problem — the event is fully indoors.

What items are prohibited?

Outside alcohol, flash photography, and anything disruptive to other guests.

Are wheelchairs available to rent?

No.

TICKETS

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

Tickets are available online while supplies last. Walk-ins may be accepted only if a session isn’t sold out.

Are refunds or exchanges allowed?

Tickets are non-refundable, but we may be able to help with limited rescheduling if seats are available. Please contact us with your order details.

Is there a military discount?

Not at this time.

Do I need to print my ticket or bring it to the door?

No physical ticket is required. Your name and purchase details will be on the guest list at check-in.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes — simply provide us with the new guest’s name, and we’ll update the guest list.

What are the official ticket sources?

Can I make a group booking?

Yes — guests who book separately can still sit together. Just arrive 15 minutes early to ensure group seating.

I can’t find my confirmation email. What should I do?
